Retail Orders
NEW!! YOU MAY NOW ORDER ONLINE! Each item now has an "add to cart button". You will need a PayPal account, then you can pay by credit card or PayPal. You may also still place an order by either phone, email, fax or regular mail. Fax orders to 410-857-7591. Call 410-857-7616 to place an order by phone, or email us to place an order via email.
Orders are shipped within 1 week of receipt of order and payment by credit card. Orders placed with a personal check for payment are shipped when the check clears our bank, usually 5-7 business days.
All orders will be shipped via US Priority Mail (2-3 days) unless otherwise specified. See chart below for costs on overnight and 2 day delivery. There is a fixed shipping price of $8.00 that includes mailing, delivery confirmation and insurance. PLEASE NOTE: In the shopping cart area, you will only be charged for regular shipping. If you need 2 day or Overnight shipping, you will need to call us at 410-857-7616 to give us a credit card to cover the cost of the additional shipping. Also under the "Give seller special instructions" area of the shopping cart, please let us know your special shipping needs.
If you prefer, orders are gladly accepted by personal check, please contact us for mailing address. Please make checks payable to BCreative. Orders will be shipped as soon as the check clears. There will be a $45 returned check fee for all returned checks.
Sales Tax
When shippng to an address in Maryland, a 6% sales tax will be added to your order. There is no sales tax for orders shipped to other states.

Custom Orders
We are happy to create a piece of jewelry to your specifications. Each one will be priced based on materials and labor. Please email us with your ideas, and we will do our best to design exactly what you are looking for. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders.
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly refund your money for any item that you are not completely happy with. We accept returns within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of product via email or telephone to arrange for returns.
If you would like to make a return, please email us for address information and confirmation. Returns between 6 and 14 days of receipt are only eligible for credit. Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns must be well packed and insured. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. bcreations jewelry is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail.
Merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Please email us for confirmation and to check the stock of desired exchange. Additional shipping costs will be applied to exchange items. Repairs
We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship. Should your jewelry ever require repair we will gladly repair it at a minimal cost. You will only be charged for shipping and a nominal fee - if any - upon inspection of the piece for materials. Please call or email us to arrange for a repair.
